This E&O program offers coverage for individual agents and does not provide coverage for agencies. If you currently operate an agency and are looking for E&O coverage to cover officers, employees and producers of the agency, we would recommend you contact NAHU at www.nahu.org (click on member benefits) or NAIFA at www.naifainsurance.com.

If your agency is currently contracted with Wellpoint/Anthem and your individual name is reflected within your agency's name please contact MGA Insurance Services at 1-866-389-0022 to best assist you in placing your E&O coverage. The BCS E&O plan will cover you as an individual and coverage is extended to the agency/business, but only as such liability may arise from the acts of the individual insured.

E&O Plan Highlights:

• Guarantee Issue - group discounted premiums with two liability limit options
  
• Pay by credit card, check, monthly pre-authorized checking (PAC) deductions
  
• Prior acts coverage back to first date of continuous E&O coverage
  
• First dollar defense costs are provided and are in addition to the limits of liability
  
• $1000 deductible on Wellpoint / Anthem BlueCross and BlueShield product-related claims (damages only), $2500 deductible for non-Wellpoint / Anthem claims (damages only)
  
• Coverage includes life, accident and health, disability income activities as well as mutual funds, variable products, universal life, annuities and section 125, employee benefit plans, managed health care organizations
  
• Provides coverage for your administrative, clerical and support personnel while they are acting on your behalf
  
• Provides coverage for any affiliated corporation, partnership or agency for their liability arising out of the individual insured's professional services
